サプライズの演出も承っておりますので、前日までにご予約をお願いいたします。

キャンセルポリシー / Cancel Policy
当店では、お客様のご予約に合わせて、お席のご用意から、食材の仕込み、スタッフの配置といった前準備を行っております。どうかその点にご配慮いただき、確実なご予約をお願いいたします。当店では下記の通り、キャンセルポリシーを策定しております。
We make advance preparations such as seating, food preparation, and staffing to accommodate your reservation. We ask that you please take this into consideration when making a reservation. Our restaurant has established the following cancellation policy.
本キャンセルポリシーは、ご予約をいただいたお客様と当店との間に適用されるものです。
This cancellation policy is applicable between you and us when you make a reservation.

1. ご予約の完了について / Completion of Reservation
お電話、FAX、メールフォームからのご予約につきましては、当店よりお客様へのご確認の連絡をもちまして、ご予約の完了とさせていただきます。
Reservations made by phone, fax, or e-mail form will be considered completed upon confirmation from the restaurant.
「食べログ」「一休」などのポータルサイトからの即時予約につきましては、当店よりお客様へのご確認の連絡の時期に関わらず、お客様の申し込みをもちまして、ご予約の完了とさせていただきます。
For instant reservations made through portals such as "Tabe-Log" and "Ikkyu", the reservation will be considered complete upon receipt of your request, regardless of when we contact you for confirmation.
2. ご予約のご変更・お取り消しの時期・方法について / When and How to Change or Cancel a Reservation
ご予約をご変更・お取り消しされる場合は、必ず事前にお電話にてご連絡いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance by telephone.
ご連絡のお電話を当店担当が承った時点で、ご予約のご変更・お取り消しの成立とさせていただきます。
The change or cancellation of a reservation will be effective as soon as our staff receives your call.

3. キャンセル料について / Cancellation Fee
前日(営業日)20:00までのご変更・お取り消しについては、キャンセル料はいただいておりません。
No cancellation fee will be charged for changes or cancellations made up to 8:00 p.m. on the previous day (business day).
上記時間以降のご変更・お取り消しについては、以下のキャンセル料金が発生する場合がございます。
Cancellations made after the above time will be subject to the following charges
1) コースのご予約のご変更・お取り消しの場合、ご予約いただいたコース料金の80% × ご変更・お取り消しのご人数
1) For changes or cancellations of course reservations, 80% of the reserved course fee x the number of persons who made the change or cancellation
2) 席のみのご予約のご変更・お取り消しの場合、当該シーズンの平均売上単価の80% × ご変更・お取り消しのご人数
2) In the case of a change or cancellation of a seat-only reservation, 80% of the average sales price per table for the season x the number of persons who changed or cancellation
なお地震・台風やそれに準ずる不可抗力によるご変更・お取り消しについては、ご連絡のお電話を頂いて当店担当が承った場合に限り、全額免除とさせていただきます。
In the case of changes or cancellations due to earthquakes, typhoons, or other similar force majeure, the full amount will be waived only if we receive your call and our staff is in charge of the cancellation.
4.ノーショウについて / No-shows
ご予約の時間を過ぎてもご連絡がなく、ご来店もされなかった場合（ノーショウ）は、お客様の一切の事情に関わりなく、以下ののキャンセル料金を申し受けます。

2) 席のみのご予約のご変更・お取り消しの場合、当該シーズンの平均売上単価の100% × ご変更・お取り消しのご人数
2) In case of change or cancellation of a reservation for a table only, 100% of the average sales price per table for the season x the number of guests who changed or cancelled the reservation.
